This position is to responsible for executing all the formulation, testing, validation, and clinical study during immunoassay and biochemistry or hematology reagents development.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up development plan, and response for the whole development details.
• Provide technical support to the production and quality department.
• Responsible for the technical documentation and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill all requirement for the clinical trial/research and certification.
•  Coordinate with relevant departments to solve existing problems or to ensure the NPI project completed successfully in a timely manner.
• Complete other related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor degree with major in medicine, biotechnology and biological science.
• At least 2 years R&D experience in the IVD, biotech industry or related field.
• Solid immunology, biochemistry or hematology knowledge.
• Experience in CLIA, ELISA, Biochemistry or Hematology methodologies.
• Proficiency in English language skills (written and spoken).
