Job Descriptions:
- Can handle Air & Ocean Import shipment
· Receive, record, and validate customer order in the system.
· Define the execution plan (routing) versus the operational constraints (embargoes, transit, time, cost) in coordination with middle office solutions.
· Collect all required documents (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.)
· Check the availability of cargo and provide confirmation that shipping can be proceed.
· Optimized the operational execution and perform the transportation plan (booking) in coordination with middle office solutions.
· Manage communication and processing of documentation with suppliers (internal & external)
· Monitor and improve suppliers performance in coordination with middle office solutions
· Coordination with Customer Operation Support in case of deviation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, with minimum 2 year of experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Excellent discipline and good communication, and attention to detail
- Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
- Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external).
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and Administration.
