Job Description:

• Design automation concept and timeline for new product (make a complete 3D drawing of EOAT and BOM, supporting items or machine layout).
• Design jig for new or current running product to make efficient production process (until final 3D drawing).
• Consolidate robot re-layout, mainly on electrical section (eq Euromap connection). 
• Conduct trial and follow up implementation of every new automation project (include robot programming).
• Conduct daily meeting to get report and delegate jobs to subordinates.
• Consolidate robot or other robot-supporting items repairment or modification following standard Electrical or Mechanical guideline, and communicate to Maintenance dept., in every changing at machine or related to machines especially on Electrical modification.
• Conduct Training to subordinates
• Participate on external or internal training

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience on the same position.
• Good Skill in Mechanical Drawing & Electrical Skills.
• Broad knowledge of Machining skill and Jig or automation system designing.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
