Today, We are seeking a Agronomy Site Supervisor

About the Agronomy Site Supervisor:

• Willing to based in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
• Able to speak English & tech-savvy
• Good technical skills in field / site management
• Responsible for monitoring all operational activities according to technical culture in the company's SOPs
• Effectively leads the site’s operations team
• Coordinates chemical, fertilizer, and seed inventory management with Agronomy Site Manager
• Implement sustainable farming practices that align with environmental regulations and conservation goals
• Participate in the planning and execution of agricultural projects, contributing insights and expertise
• Ensure that the work targets have been achieved
• Ensure the budget aligned with the work plan
