• Managed store to prove a high standard of commercial & personnel function

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma III degree from a reputable university
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as Store Supervisor in a Sales Store, preferably from the Retail industry
• Willingness to commit to a long-term career in a retail company
• Manages a team of sales associates to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales in-store
• Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services, and sales techniques
• Works with Area Sales Coordinator to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Good analytical skill
• Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Excellent interpersonal
• Willing to be placed anywhere
