Job Summary

Takes the responsibility to run the kapok (Kapuk Randu) fruit production line effectively and ensure the quality of the end products are at optimum level; Fiber, Seeds, Skin and heart.  

Essential Functions

• Provide leadership to the manufacturing operations.

• Ensure continues monitoring and improvements on efficiency and quality 

• Ensure a safe working environment 

• Ensure proper data recording and documentation

• Solve problems and provide technical solution for continues improvement 

Competencies

• Technical background on fiber and or yarn spinning

• Experience (minimum 5 years) on working on a manufacturing line/production operations. 

• Fluent English spoken
