Job Description:

• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyse, and interpret relevant financial information
• Review monthly and annual tax reporting and tax compliance in accordance to the regulations (Corporate tax, Withholding tax, VAT submission)
• Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness in monthly basis
• Ensuring that financial information complies with local statutory requirements
• Performing the reconciliation of the inter-company balances
• Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting
• Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports
• Maintain the journal voucher with adequate documentation
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct
• Reconciling accounts with the general ledger
• Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping
• Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in Finance / Accounting / General / Cost Accounting / Business Analyst with supervision experience.
• Familiar with Indonesia financial reporting standard and tax, with at least 3 years of auditing experience.
• Ex-auditor is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia in order to communicate with multilingual speaking business associates and counterparts.
• A strong team player and flexibility in handling different tasks is essential.
• Detailed, hands-on and fast learner.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skill.
