URGENTLY NEEDED - ACCOUNTING

Requirement :

• Minimal 2 years experience as Accounting at Restaurant
• Highly motivated and multitasking
• Work in foreign company, speaking English is a must

Job description :

• Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Review and process reimbursements
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments
• Good attitude
• Manage the company's liabilities
• Participate in payroll processes
• Report on financial projections
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Constantly update job knowledge
• Work immadiately if accepted
