Requirements:

1. Bachelor or advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related scientific field

2. Experience in chemical industries, especially silicone or polymer industry, is preferred.

3. knowledge of general chemistry, organic synthesis, formulation, surface chemistry, chemical/physical testing, etc. is required.

Good Knowledge of silicone chemistry or polymer is a plus.

4. Basic MS Office (PPT, Excel, Words) Skills for reporting

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct incoming material & pre shipment sample raw material test meet the inspection standards

2. Develops new or improved silicone products, including formulation, stability/durability testing.

3. Periodic observation of the quality stability of silicone emulsion products

4. Plans and carries out research to support the design and development of new products and new processes used in the manufacture of Silicone product

5. Create product specifications for samples that are in development.

6. Support projects by performing laboratory work to improve product performance, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

7. Accurate documentation and presentation of lab results and technical information.

8. Provides team support by encouraging collaboration and providing suggestions/resources to overcome obstacles.

9. Work independently on projects and executes to completion and commercialization
