Lowongan Marketing & e-Commerce Assistant (Japanese speaking / JLPT N4) di PT Eco Ring Indonesia

Originating from Japan, EcoRing is an international group specialising in the buying and selling of second-hand goods with over 200 locations in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines and Malaysia.

EcoRing Indonesia is a newly established branch of the Group, with a sole focus on the buying and selling of pre-owned branded luxury pieces from brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci. 

EcoRing Indonesia has plans to expand its pre-loved luxury business substantially within the local industry. We are now looking for a creative candidate with fresh perspectives to oversee our marketing initiatives. Fresh graduates or experienced professionals are both welcome to apply!

Main responsibilities:

Marketing

• Plan, design and write fresh copies for digital contents on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google myBusiness. 
• Design and create offline marketing collaterals including but not limited to flyers, store banners, vouchers, promotional posters. 
• Coordinate with all departments to conceptualise and deliver regular blog contents for website
• Source and manage third party agencies / production houses to execute marketing campaigns, as and when required
• Provide ad-hoc marketing-related assignments / support as and when required

e-Commerce

• Take and edit photos of products for listing on e-Commerce websites 
• Prepare description and condition write-up on products for online listings
• Perform minor repair and polishing of products (On-the-job training will be provided) 

Remuneration

• IDR 7m during the probation period of 6 mnoths
• IDR 8m~10m after probation, depending on performance
• Thereafter, salary will be reassessed every year.

• AL: 1st year 9 days (to be used after probation); 2nd year 12 days, + 1 day for each year of service thereafter

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum S1 education
• Minimum 1 year marketing experience
• Minimum Japanese proficiency of N4 or equivalent
• Strong copy-writing and communication skills.
• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business or equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects.) 
• Excellent sense of aesthetic and keen attention to detail 
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus
