Qualification : 

• Bachelor degree Psychology / Management / Industrial engineering / Hospitality
• Passionate in people development and education
• Self-driven, creative, easy going with strong interpersonal skill
• Ability for curriculum design, content development & management
• Excellent verbal & written professional communication & written skills with a good command of Bahasa & English
• Ability to coordinate & build relationship to work effectively with individuals, groups, and other organizational units to carry out the goals of a training function
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe Design Premium, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Ability to develop data layouts like tables, charts, graphs would be an advantage
• Polite and Confident and have the ability to handling complaint, have Friendly and caring manner
• Experience min. 2 Years in the field of Learning & Organizational Development

Job Description:

• Design, implement and develop an effective organizational structure that supports the stated goals of the organization
• Determine the standard number of employees needed in a position through workload analysis or other measurements
• Developing and implementing core competencies and technical competencies for all employees according to their level.
• Partner with the Director / HR SPV in creating Job Descriptions and KPIs. Not limited to training, proposing, reviewing and to ensure Job Descriptions and KPIs do not overlap and are aligned with effective business processes
• Design, implement and manage initiatives whose programs can improve employee understanding of the company's vision, mission, values and culture.
