Job Summary

- Prepare monthly P&L of the country and business unit-wise P&L, expense report, working capital and balance sheet including variance analysis with respect to budget and previous period

- Prepare and analyse managerial and financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

- Provide financial guidance and support to the senior leadership team to inform business decisions

- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

- Effective manage cash flow to achieve cost in financial benefit and control aa costs to be in line with the planned budget

Qualification & Experience

Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 5 years of experience

- Have audit experience is preferable

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial reporting regulations

- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills

- Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel

- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strong in business partnering and collaborating with key stakeholders
