Qualification :

• Bachelor or master of Law with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• Have minimum 4 years of working experience as Legal Officer / Legal Senior Supervisor
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill
• Fluent in English (oral & written) is a must, Thai will be additional advantage.
• Jakarta placement and willing to go business trip

Technical Knowledge :

• Solid knowledge of all relevant local laws and regulations and proven experirience in sugar business with relevant local regulatory institution.
• Assist supporting compliance and governance and perfom other related legal task as need
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills with outstanding proficiency in English
• Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to work towards deadlines with right sense of urgency
• Providing counsel to all level management of the company group, legal liabilities, liasing with related parties to support corporate actions & regulatory compliance
