Job Description :

1. Responsible for all recruitment processes end to end

2. Responsible for making employment contracts, probations process and contract renewal

3. Understand KPI, Balance Score Sheet

4. Responsible for the socialization of all policies, regulations and others related to company rules

5. Ensure the SOP can run well

6. Understand attendance calculations

7. Calculate weekly payroll

8. Can take care of leave permits, prepare data for monthly payroll

9. Understand about employment laws and company legality, BPJS, industrial relations, Psychological Test Tools

10. Responsible for General Afair Activities.

Requirement :

1. Minimum education S1 all major

2. Experienced in HR & GA at least 2 years

3. Can work quickly, multitask and under pressure

4. Have good communication skills.

5. Placement in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
