Key responsibilities

• Developing the electrical design until the detail design stage for green field and brown field areas, including SLD (metering and protection), electrical layout, schematic, termination diagram, and detail installation
• Developing the electrical design stage for expanding and upgrading the operation equipment to meet the requirements of the data collected, including SLD (metering and protection), electrical layout, schematic, termination diagram, and detail installation.
• Developing the electrical design independently based on the engineer's calculation and list
• Developing the basic instrument design, including P&IDs
• Working as a team with other disciplined designers to ensure the design meets the project requirements
• Participating in conferences, events, and networking and learning opportunities
• Analyzing existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives
• Conducting research, performing diagnostics, and troubleshooting equipment
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding
• Ensuring a safe, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Have a minimum of 3 years as an electrical or instrument designer.
• Have practical experience with electrical installations and design software.
• Have experience in the water industry, mining, or industrial manufacturing from a contractor's perspective is desirable.
• Experience in designing MCC panels and power panels
• Hard worker, willing to work under pressure, and familiar with mining and oil and gas facilities.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, PPT, AutoCAD
• Familiarize yourself with and implement related project standards: SPLN,SNI, IEC, and ANSI.
• Familiar with Schneider products.
