• Business development strategy: research and analyze the local market and competition to draw an effective business development plan for the city.
• Strategic partnership & networking: search for new business partners (restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, etc.) to build strong connections and spread awareness about our service.
• Advertising & promotion: be the leading force behind promotional campaigns by organising and participating in outdoor events, arranging cooperations with advertising agencies.
• Lead your own team: train and motivate them to give the first rate customer service.
