Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree at Accounting
• Minimum 4 years full-time working experience combination as external auditor (at Big4 is point plus) and as finance, accounting & tax team member at fast-paced businesses such as tech startups / e-commerce / FMCG/ retail
• Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Excel
• Familiar with local PSAK / IFRS and knowledge & compliance in financial & management accounting
• Excellent leadership, project and team management skills
• Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Solution oriented
• Having experince to do regular accounting period-end closing
• Assist manager on improvement SOP in Finance, Accounting & Tax
• Assist manager to review the team
• Liaise with other department to discuss commercial (finance, accounting & tax) aspect

What You’ll Do:

• Generate accounting reports (including prepare monthly financial statement) and ad-hoc reports in accounting to report, evaluate, and improve
• Do financial statement analysis in monthly basis
• Assess and give improvement on existing SOP
• Work closely with tax, finance operations, all strategic business units, and other related stakeholders to ensure coordination of all accounting activities
• Ensure that journal entries in the general ledger and financial reports comply with Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK) and regulations
• Provide external financial data for External Audits, Tax Bureaus, Government and other stakeholders as required.
