Required experience and skills:

• Minimum age 23 years old
• Minimum education D3 Engineering / Management / Economics / Administration / Secretary
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas)    
• Understand and understand the quality management system (ISO 9001, API).
• Can communicate well with the network within the company (oral and written).  
• Proficient in Ms. Office   
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Prepare, complete, and keep up to date with tender requirements.
• Filling documents and understanding basic bookkeeping and finance           
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules and work effectively and optimally      
• Good appearance (attitude and behavior)
• Placement in Wanaherang GunungPutri Bogor
• Domiciled around JABODERTABEK - preferably close to the work location.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for supporting all sales & marketing administration needs.         
• Create and send Quotations to customers.    
• Can communicate well with customers (oral / written) direct Staff Senior / Supervisor / Manager / Director.
• Manage all promotional and communication needs both hard and softcopy.
• Support in tender administration.
• Make reports and minutes (Note Of Meeting) and update Sales Forecast.
• Make Daily Report to Manager / Direct Supervisor.           
• Doing other sales admin work.
