Scope of Role Â
We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join the Careers & Connect, Content Promotion team. You will be reporting to Regional Content Manager and work with local and regional country marketing team, creative production team, and growth team in planning and executing strategic go-to market plans to ensure successful product and project launches with the Careers and Connect Platform. This role demands strong attention to detail, understanding of social and marketing channels and the ability to work strategically in order to effectively achieve targets.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Work with Regional Content Manager and Head of Content to:Â Â
- Oversee Careers & Connect social media accounts Â
- Develop creative and engaging content to drive awareness, promote and engagement for all CCP content, product and tools. Â
- Collaborate with creative and content production team to plan and produce localised content with local market nuances and according to trending conversations.Â
- Support, plan and execute the Go-to market Strategy for products and content – with key focus on social media communication and channel strategyÂ
- Monitor and analyse channel engagement and performance.  Â
- Propose, plan and initiate new social media initiatives to help CCP team achieve KPIs and business goalsÂ
- Stay active and abreast of social trends Â
Key MetricsÂ
- Success of specific initiatives led (e.g., Social channel performance, effectiveness of social and marketing content in driving business results, timeliness and budget spend)Â
- Contribute to growth in reach, engagement, traffic, lead generation and SEO as well as user engagement conversion rateÂ
- Contribute to growth of organic users Â
- Contribute to improvement of CTR and user retention for our web, video and audio productsÂ
Skills, Experience and Competencies Â
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:Â
- An undergraduate degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or a related disciplineÂ
- Minimum 2 years working experience working within a Social Media, Marketing, and/or Digital Media for a tech/entertainment/consumer brandÂ
- To be based in Jakarta, IndonesiaÂ
- Up to date with the latest digital technologies, marketing and social media trends and best practicesÂ
- Excellent organizational skills in managing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders’ expectationsÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishÂ
- Excellent interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Agile and proactive to learn or adapt to new tools as neededÂ
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracyÂ
- Analytical mind-set, ability to apply data and insights to strategy to drive resultsÂ
- Team player – works collaboratively with others in the team and across the organization, respecting diversity and valuing differences in opinion Â
- Industry knowledge – exhibits a keen awareness of customer desires, market trends and competitor offerings, with the ability to apply this knowledge practicallyÂ
