Lowongan KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER di PT Masindo Scientific

Key responsibilities:

•       Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders to develop long-lasting relationships.

•       Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and continuously expand the relationships with existing customers.

•       Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, with the goal of providing the best service and resolving any issues and problems faced by customers.

•       Work closely with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of services in a timely manner.

•       Conduct sales forecasts and prepare reports to support the Company’s commercial performance.

•       Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Key requirements:

•       Minimum qualification required: Degree with major in Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent Chemical Sciences. Additional minor modules in Life Science and Biology will be advantageous.

•       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service. A proven track record as a Key Account Executive/Manager is highly advantageous. Any prior working experience in healthcare/dealing with doctors is a plus.

•       Must be able to travel frequently within the state you’re based in (Johor or Selangor) i.e. possess your own vehicle and a valid license.

•       Excellent written and verbal English.

•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals.

•       Driven by sales targets and passionate to deliver solutions based on customer needs.
