Lowongan Data Analyst Assistant Manager di PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia

We are looking for a methodical Data Analyst Assistant Manager to survey customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision making process regarding product designs, prices and promotions. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. The Data Analyst Assistant Manager will gather, organize and aggregate large sets of data in order to produce meaningful business insight in areas such as product feature multivariate testing, sales funnel optimizations, consumer engagement modeling and marketing program effectiveness. This role must be able to multi-task and function in fast-paced working environments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 3 years experience as a Data Analyst in retail industry
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (Macros, MySQL, etc.), programming (ORACLE, XML, Javascript, ETL or CodeIgniter frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Pivot, V-lookup, H-look up Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Passionate in studying the attractiveness and dynamics of retail market and product development
• Understand customer and competitor analysis and product research
• Familiar with statistical methods for retail industry. Have experience to build report automation is a big plus.
• Possess field or relevant business experience where a solid understanding of marketing, merchandising, consumer research and financial management practices have been gained
• Strong financial, mathematical, statistical, marketing, merchandising, and consumer research background to read, interpret, and understand how internal and external factors influence financial results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships within and outside the company
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines essential
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills, and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactive.
• Managing complex customer relationships
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in Pasar Rebo, Ciracas, East Jakarta
