Lowongan Material Controller di PT Indotech Karya Mandiri

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for material approval
• Responsible for overall site procurement and generate with Logistic and generate PO for suppliers with purchasing in HO
• Forecast and coordinate with Logistic & Supply Chain for the Company’s projects
• Plan and coordinate with the team of Logistic on shipment delivery schedules
• Monitor and coordinate with Warehouse controller for warehouse stock and stock arrangement
• Perform administrative activities in support of the supply chain department
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering
• Required skill(s) MS Office
• At least 2 years of working experience in construction project is required for this position. It will be an added advantage for those who have experience in the steel structure / temporary facilities industry
• Have knowledge and skill for material and warehouse management
• Must be a team player, highly motivated, and good self-initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, systematic, and good time management
• Fluent in English (Speaking Mandarin is an advantage)
• Willing to work around Indonesia
