Qualification :

·       Maximum 35 years old

·       Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Law

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field

·       Preferably have work experience in the same field (retail)

·       Having knowledge about corporate law, contract, litigation

·       Has quite a lot of connections in the field of law and government

·       Leadership skills and detail

·       Strong ability in legal reviewing and drafting

·       Good written and spoken communication skills in English

·       Able to work individual or in team

Job Description :

·       Drafting / Reviewing and advise management on all business contracts with third parties.

·       Review contract, agreement and internal policies and procedure

·       Liaise with all department to ensure legal risk

·       Business permit / license (SIUP, domicile.)

·       Understand civil and criminal law

·       Managing all legal issues and relationship with the government

·       Update new business’s rules and regulations

·       Provide legal consultations on the implications of policies and

procedures
