The Ideal Candidate will:

• Make sales and achieve the specified target
• Looking for new market
• Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPIs
• Lead business analytics consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives
• Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
• Develop & Lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement
• Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast
• Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity and reporting to Management & Finance manager
• Finding opportunity and provide solution to stretching revenue
• Be “hands on“ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives
• Great interpersonal & communication skills

Requirements

• Well Groomed
• University degree in marketing or related business
• Retail / F&B experience, critical to success with at least 3-5 years in a reputable retail company managing a brand
• Priority & preferably the candidate has experience managing Home Living / FnB brand
• Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa
• Team & Solo player, self confident with strong leadership qualities
• Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills
• A go-getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Logically and analytically minded
• Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
• Fluency in English is advantage
