Qualifications:

• Computer science or information system graduate
• Have Experience minimal 2 year in IT industry (preferred)
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Good Technical writing skill (fluent with Microsoft office
• Active listening
• Result driven thinking
• Understanding UX is a plus
• Have good business understanding

Job Descriptions:

• Able to analyze business models dan projects to determine loopholes dan area that need development and also upgrade
• Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication
• Analyze the vision and scope of new projects, services, and software
• Stay up to date with latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new project and services
• Make presentation and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements
• Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders
• Assisting in the development, test plan, and test script
• Managing requirements and helping troubleshoot minor problems
• Bridging between client's business needs and pouring it into technology functions
• Analyze the exact technology requirements according to the client's needs
• Implementation of review reports, technical proposals
• Making technical documents such as BRD, FSD, TSD
• Discuss with the Head of BD related to the output system with client needs
• Checking, testing the system whether it is running properly
• Evaluate business processes and develop strategies for optimization
• Bridging or providing assistance to AM/AAM in conducting meetings with clients
• Bridging communication between the business division and the technical division
• Gather the necessary supporting materials for system development
• Monitor deliverables and ensure project completion on time.
• Perform update procedures, implementation and maintenance
• Evaluating SIT results from TA
• Coordinate with dev ops, clients and managerial staff
• Make reports needed related to the project
