Job Requirement

-         Bachelor or Master Degree

-         Having Experience as General Manager in Medical Device and Healthcare Industry

-         Able to speak English fluently

-         Can work independently

-         Having good strategic planning skill, communication and negotiation

-         Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment

Willing to work in the Weekend if needed

Job Description

-         Helping the President Director to formulate overall corporate development strategies and business plans

-         Responsible for daily operations, business development and market operations of the company

-         Responsible for company administration, legal, and management

-         Lead or participate in the analysis and decision-making of important company matters, and handle emergencies

-         Handle the company's daily operations and management properly, coordinate internal and external relations

-         Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share

-         Communicate closely from time to time with partner, principle, and potential customer

-         Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

-         Complete other tasks given by the CEO
