Job Description:

• Develop, plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the operational team to carry out project work so that it can be completed with accuracy and on time according to the agreed terms and the schedule set out in the contract agreement.
• Prepare human resources according to the needs of project work
• Making manpower mapping in accordance with the competency of the human resources they have.
• Coordinate the work of internal HR and external consultants according to project work priorities
• Provide direction to the operational team regarding duties and responsibilities in a project work.
• Prepare and Check timesheet from consultant manpower such as daily rate, job bonus, overtime and etc.

Requirement:

• Minimum S1 majoring in Engineering/Civil/Equivalent
• Minimum 5 (five) years of working experiences
• Familir with MIGAS/oil and gas requirements (especially BP)
• Strong leadership, planning & organizing, communication skills, problem solving skills, management skills, teamwork
• Independent and initiative, able to adapt quickly, able to build relationships with other parties
• Proficient in English
• Excellent in Ms. office
• Placement in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
• Candidates must be ready to join immediately
