Main Specifications

1. Maximum 30 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree (S1) / ICT Field
3. Experience in the following: VMware vSphere, VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN, Windows Operating System, Linux, Cisco, Allied Telesis, FortiGate, PaloAlto NGFW, pfsense, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker.
4. Any certificated related to the required skill is preferable.
5. English proficiency is a MUST. Interview will be done in English.
6. Experience in ICT Industry Background.
7. Can work in a team, proactive, can communicate clearly.
8. Willingness to be assigned into any shift of work hour to cover 24/7 operation.

Main Responsibility

1. Manage and maintain the IT Infrastructure of customer environment (servers, storage, firewall, and network devices) be it on cloud or on-premises, including but not limited to VMware vSphere, VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN, Windows Operating System, Linux, Cisco, Allied Telesis, FortiGate, PaloAlto NGFW, pfsense, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker.
2. Ensure the availability customer and internal environments.
3. Maintain backup of Virtual Machines and configurations, using Veeam Backup&Replication and Acronis.
4. Perform necessary troubleshooting to solve issues and incidents.
5. Create and present routine, ad hoc, and incident reports.
6. Monitor the availability and health of all environments using Zabbix.
7. Support/handle any request, inquiries, and alerts using ticketing system.
8. Maintain internal documentation and asset list.

Competencies

1. Bachelor degree of IT or similar field, or the following experience
2. 1 year of experience in IT Operation field.
3. VMware products such as vSphere, VeloCloud SD-WAN, vCloud Director.
4. System administration of Windows and Linux system.
5. Cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
6. Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Cacti or other similar tools.
7. NGFW such as pfsense, Fortigate and PaloAlto
