Risk Control & Anti-Fraud Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

1. Responsible to arrange Business Plan,
2. Responsible for compiling reports related to risk management and reports to regulators in a timely manner
3. Develop risk management framework and policies and prepare risk management infrastructure
4. Identify risks based on risk-related data and information and measure risks using risk measurement methods in accordance with applicable procedures
5. Monitor risks using risk monitoring tools and a risk control system that is determined in accordance with applicable procedures
6. Evaluation of the implementation of risk management based on risk management policies and strategies and determine the non-compliance priority scale in accordance with risk management policies and strategies
7. Prepare recommendations on the results of the implementation of risk management, improvements to the risk management process are identified according to the priority scale and provide recommendations for improvements to the implementation of risk management
8. Ensuring that the loan application verification process is carried out in accordance with procedures, as well as controlling the anti-fraud process on the system used properly so that debtors with high profiles cannot make transactions
9. Identify, mitigate, evaluate and make recommendations on the collection billing process, in order to avoid potential fraud committed by both internal and external parties

Requirements:

1. Degree in a law, business discipline, IT, or other major
2. More than 3 years of work experience in risk control, anti-fraud or credit review, and understand the P2P industry in Indonesia
3. Proficiency in English & Mandarin
4. Have certain data analysis and processing capabilities, familiar with statistical tools such as SQL and Python are preferred
5. Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
6. Exceptional analytical and investigative skills
7. Strong project management skills
8. Must be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
9. Strong organization skills and attention to detail        
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
11. Maximum age 35 years old
