Job Descriptions :

1.    Monitoring and ensuring that all accounting transactions are recorded

correctly and on time

2.    Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data

3.    Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit, and loss

statements, etc

4.    Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities

5.    Performing audits and resolving discrepancies

6.    Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing

budgets and financial forecasts.

7.    Control all transactions and ensure that all have been recorded by

accounting standards and financial reporting

8.    Analyzing, journalizing, reconciling costs, overhead, prepaid, inventory,

etc.

9.    Monitoring bookkeeping, GL, AR, AP, Costing, and cash flow (cash flow)

10. Updating and Mastering tax regulations, PSAK, IFRS

11. Execute and ensure SOP is executed properly

12. Conduct and monitor actual vs. budget costs.

13. Controlling taxation and updating tax regulations and the latest PSAK, IFRS

14. Monitor and verify all payment vouchers before making payments

15. Able to make monthly and annual financial reports on time. 

16. Able to handle auditors and provide explanations related to financial

reports

17. Perform other work assigned by superiors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• More education or experience may be preferred
• Special licenses or certifications may be required
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and final processes
• Ethical Behavior and attention to detail
• Good Communication skill
• Excellent in English and Excel
