Responsibilities :
- Facilitating the development of organizational structure using job analysis and job evaluation to obtain the optimum productivity in accordance with the company's business plan as well as ensuring productivity from existing structures.
- Monitoring manpower planning and analysis of the organization structure.
- Develop and review competency models for each position as well as competency measurement tools to obtain the competency models required for the position.
- Develop and handle performance management system, job evaluation and job-grading including monitoring KPI.
- Facilitating the implementation of performance appraisals, up to the final stage of processing performance scores to ensure that performance appraisals are carried out correctly and can obtain the final performance score of each employee in accordance with applicable standards.
- Ensure that all employees have Job descriptions and coordinate with all users.
- Supervise employee succession programs to support company growth.
- Create and adjust new or existing policies related to organization development.
Requirements :
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in any major, preferably in Psychology, Management from an accredited institution required.
- Advance communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum has 8 years of working experience in a managerial role.
- Have a good understanding of organization development areas, such as performance management systems, job analysis & evaluation, workload analysis, talent management, organizational structure, and improvement program.
- Strong analytical thinking, determination, and fast-paced.
- Expert in using Google workspace or Microsoft tools.
- Having a good experience with Balanced Scorecards, Competency Matrix, Talent Management / Succession Plan, and HVA.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, a natural visionary, and constantly exploring new ideas and perspectives to improve existing situations.
