As a Creative Director, you will be heading the creative team and winning a pitching process. So your approach to marketing problems needs to be equal parts logic and magic, rigor, and imagination. With a primary focus to ensure the sustainable growth of our agency business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintain compelling creative directions and treatments across all activities and campaigns based on strong insight to create an impact
• Fully responsible for research, insight, strategy, and creativity for each campaign pitch deck
• Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to the audience
• Gives creative direction and executes creative concepts together with the both internal and external creative team
• Great communication and presentation skills, Able to present ideas to both internal teams and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
• Lead, nurture, and grow a high-performing creative team

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of working experience in reputable Advertising and Digital Agency and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a creative director;
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication, and other relevant fields
• Solid understanding of design and every aesthetic aspect (typography, layout, and prototyping). Have in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make the brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models (includes advanced digital marketing channels)
• Highly experienced Brand and Visual Communications Planning Expert: you would already have a proven great portfolio of work across the spectrum of communications: in the process of this hire, we will be requesting your portfolio, and applicants without a portfolio will be ignored.
• A digital and social savvy that keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, social culture, and technologies and is able to give a clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
• A team player. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and emotional Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, agency environment.
• Experienced in building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high-performing creative teams
• Willing to be placed in Ancol, Jakarta Utara.
