Lowongan Senior Product Development Manager di PT Tnp Maternity And Baby Trading

This role will take care of end-to-end management of the complete TNP product portfolio. This includes selecting from global product trends appropriate for the local market and developing customer-centric plans to deliver successful New Product Development (NPD), Regular Range, and Limited-Edition product selections. This includes Product Strategy, pricing, positioning, launch plans, and life-cycle management. Collaborating with marketing and sales team to develop, manage and implement strategic marketing plans to support and grow business.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development
• Monitor key trends in TNP Product categories and beyond to identify new product opportunities and gaps
• Create the best possible NPD plan
• Identify new product opportunities through market research and competitive analysis that enhance our range, brand positioning, and experience
• Complete product testing to ensure fit for market
• Explore co-branding and joint promotional opportunities to drive incremental sales and leads

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development and Market Research
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Extensive and versatile product background in clothing apparel and understanding of the clothing trend for mom and baby
