Lowongan Engineer IT di PT Xpert Teknologi Inovasi

This Role requires an experience Network Engineer with strong industry exposure along with IT and Telecommunication background.

Qualifications :

• Diploma/S1 in computer science , computer engineering or related field
• experience Minimum 1 server year in IT support function such as help desk service, monitoring server system, CCTV, access door system, IP PBX, VMware and presales activity
• Be able to communicate in english both of written and spoken
• Good attitude and willing to support with service mind
• Pro-active, analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to support and do some administration/office task
• Suitable & presentable as techincal sales engineer to client

Main responsibities :

• Responsible for day to dat IT support system operation, monitor and maintain system to work properly, analize and trouble shoot
• Design system to support project , control and test installation of IT system
• Provide technical support and consultation to Account Executives and Account Manager
• Assist the customer through the Go-Live phase with the new system
• Perform other task that may include new product testing, and hardware testing
• Create and maintain IT documentation and procedure
