Lowongan Senior Data Analyst di PT Kawan Mobil Nusantara

We are looking for data driven and enthusiastic candidate to join us to drive our business forward! With data as your arsenal, you will be looking at strategies, process improvement and governance to improve overall performance of the company. Working closely with other internal departments, you will learn the operation and support their projects by providing data, analysis, and insights. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, meticulous with numbers, creative in problem solving with an open mind to changes and interaction.

Responsibility

• Manage and work extensively with large amount of data and providing data-driven insights to support the business teams in executing strategic planning, drive improvements and make sound business decisions
• Setup, maintain and automate reports, dashboards and various business processes required by different stakeholders and the company
• Oversee the entire performance of departments by developing dashboards, monitoring trends and identifying risks, provide periodic and ad hoc reporting to facilitate the responsive department in keeping track of performance and drive improvement
• Establish processes to identify and keep track of appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress

Your Know-How

• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, or any other similar courses
• Proficiency with analytics tools required (SQL, Tableau, Power Bi , Excel, Python, or R). - preferably with at least 1 year of working experience handling medium-big data
• A logical and systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture
• Able to present ideas and solutions in a structured manner
• Able to work and learn independently, and manage time effectively
