Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have good interview skill
• Have the ability to do psychological test, scoring, and psycogram
• Placement will be in Jatiuwung, Tangerang - Banten

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the employee end to end recruitment process accurately, effectively and on time.
• Ensuring the placement of employees goes well
• Handle and manage employee administrative data so that it is stored completely, accurately and confidentially.
• Handling any requests for information relating to employee personal data
• Coordinate any information that needs to be announced to employees
