Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to growing-lifestyle hospitality companies and now looking for Admin Project with qualifications and job details below:

Qualifications:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree of Administration, Civil, or Architecture
• Minimal 2 years experience in Admin Project/Document Control in Developer or Construction industry
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good knowledge of using Ms Office (Outlook, Ms. Work, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills

 Job Details:

• Maintaining internal databases by updating records;
• Attending the meeting, take the minutes of meeting and following up;
• Prepare documents relates to the expense claim, reimbursement and payment to the third party;
• Arranging the business trip such as ticket, hotel and transportation;
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned (BAST, VO, WO & Retention);
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed (filling shop drawing, progress project,etc);
• Manage phone calls and correspondence on time (emails, packages, letters);
• Contributes to any team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
