Job Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Executive for Customer Management/Account Management activities in the market as delegated to help achieve the overall sales target.
• Maintain close relationship with customers in person, by telephone and by mail and ensure the customer needs are met.
• Responsible for sales of products (Priority: Electric Motors) within a designated market in accordance with strategy.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full products offering, and align to provide a solution.
• Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Creates added value for the customer and Principal and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
• Communicates details in accordance with ICWN offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).

 Job Requirement

• Graduated from Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, Control or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor (S1) Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Power & Energy Industry.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Indonesia knowledge is a must.
• Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling
• Knowledge of Sumatera market region is a preferred
