[JOB REQUIREMENTS]

1. Understand the overall environment of the streamer industry, and have overseas streamer operation experience
2. Have local agency/ streamer resources
3. Indonesian and English can be used as working languages and can communicate with local streamers with no language barrier
4. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and able to work under pressure 

[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. Discovering and recruiting potential streamers through various channels;
2. Responsible for planning the streamer training, broadcasting system, and salary calculation
3. Design high-quality operation content and methods,
4. Ensure the live broadcast quality and promotion effect of the streamer
