Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree is in Business, Management of Finance/Accounting
2. Age max. 30 years old
3. Have minimum 3 years in Corporate Finance
4. Have experience manage multiple parties including banks, consultants, lawyers as well as internal stakeholders (management, business development, legal, technical, insurance, tax and accounting) to bring transactions to conslusion in a challenging environment
5. Handle condidential information appropriately
6. Excellent in Microsoft program
7. Outstanding analytic and quantitative skills, including ability to develop and maintain and use detailed, excel based, financial models.

Job details:

1. Provide financial evaluation of project investment opportunities
2. Strong financial, business and industry insight
3. Work with Management to investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution
4. Participate in negotiations on behalf of the firm for new investment dealing with partnership arrangements, financing arrangement and other project
