One of our clients is a leading company in manufacture of motorcycle seats and suitcases. Covering all phases of the product (design, engineering, and production) from development and production center in Barcelona, ship the products to main motorcycle factories in Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Currently our client is looking for Sales Representative with the responsibilities and qualification listed below :

Main Objective:

Increase sales and market share in Indonesia and Export Markets

Responsibilities :

• Design and execute a commercial plan
• Maintain relationship with existing clients
• Open new clients (distributors, wholesalers and retailers)
• Negotiate with clients.
• Get orders from clients
• Educate and train the clients
• Provide information about motorcycle events & participate in motorcycle events

Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Min. 3 years experience in Sales Department of motorcycle sector (motorcycle manufacturers, motorcycles accessories / spare parts) is mandatory
•  Proven experience in B2B developing a distribution network (distributors, wholesalers and retailers)
• Negotiation, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, building relationships, managing processes, market knowledge, good in speeches / presentations, etc.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (specially “Excel” & “power point” program)
• Motorcycle Lover
• Jakarta area residence
