Job Description:

- Conceptualize and create social media marketing campaigns and strategies

- Brainstorm ways to increase post reach, audience engagement and leads

- Create brand awareness and ensure a strong online reputation through constant engagement

- Weekly and monthly reporting of social media performance

- Manage NIX Jakarta social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook)

 (e.g. discuss monthly content plan, coordinate photoshoot, content ideas, posting story, reply to DM)

- seasonal events (e.g. valentines, halloween, christmas, new years, etc.)

- monthly promotion (e.g. cocktail of the month, new menu, paket makanan, paket minuman, happy hour, tea time, etc.)

Key Skills:

- Good written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

- Ability to capture professional photos and videos

- Movie editing skill is a bonus

- Understanding of social media marketing tools and data analysis

- Interest in marketing, communications and social media
