Your Role

We are looking for a highly qualified Sales Engineer for the Power Technique Business Area. The position covers the Indonesian market and is a key role for further focus and growth in the country.
The position reports to the Power Technique Sales Manager in Indonesia.
The mission for the Sales Engineer will be to further develop and grow the Power Technique business in the country by working closely with the appointed dealers and also liaising with customers and end-users to ensure that plans to grow the market share and coverage is carried out accordingly.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Achieve the pre-set yearly sales targets
• To exploit and generate business opportunities and enquiries for Power Technique and convert them into orders
• Analyze customer needs and assist them to select the right products based on customer’s applications.
• Grow the business by providing suggestions, recommendations and continuous development of a territory management plan
• Follow up, visit and monitor customer and Dealer activities.
• Maintain good relationship with customers and Dealers.
• Build up and maintain a customer database
• Keep track of customer data, fleet records, machine population, territory mapping and competitor’s machines population
• Dealer Development through Equipment Sales, After Sales Service Quality and Healthy Financial performance.
