We are currently recruiting for Structural Team Leader to join our Building Structures team in Jakarta office.

About You

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex structure projects / multiple jobs
• Work on structure projects from inception, through strategic planning from concept to detailed design, construction and completion.
• Lead and manage C&S project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
• Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
• Provide technical advice to team members/colleagues in supporting or leading role and embrace a culture that values teamwork
• In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting
• Respond to client enquiries about technical issues in a way that maximises understanding
• Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills
• Mentor and coach junior peers and delegate appropriately

Pre-Requisites

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering discipline
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience from an engineering consulting environment is preferred
• Certified Professional Engineer (SKA) will be an advantage
• Experience leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects and preferable international project experience.
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures 
• Competent user of relevant engineering software
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
• Excellent delegation which sees you enlist the help of others to meet objectives and stakeholder management skills
• Able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels.
