Job description & requirements

Job responsibilities:

1. Purchase Order Management:
   - Create, process, and monitor purchase orders for marketing-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
   - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to expedite order fulfillment.
   - Maintain a record of all purchase orders and related documentation..
   - Purchase Request Coordination
2. Purchase Voucher Handling:
   - Process purchase vouchers and invoices, matching them with purchase orders.
   - Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and service providers.
   - Collaborate with the finance department for invoice reconciliation. 
3. Document Management:
   - Organize and maintain a comprehensive repository of procurement and financial documents, including contracts and invoice.
   - Prepare and file records for auditing and compliance purposes. 
4. Communication and Coordination:
   - Act as a liaison between the marketing department, vendors, procurement, and finance personnel.
   - Facilitate communication regarding procurement status, approvals, and issue resolution. 
5. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
   - Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
   - Stay updated on changes in procurement and finance regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred). 

- Strong organizational and administrative skills. 

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 

- Proficiency in using Office and/or Google workspace 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Knowledge of procurement policies, financial processes, and regulatory compliance.
