Qiscus is a omnichannel conversational platform that helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. As the importance of real-time communication technology continually increases, demands for market fit of highly-needed product is increasing. 

Therefore, defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the highly needed product to the fore is an essential part of the process. Our product manager intern will be part if our dynamic and fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. What You Will Do 

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience while identifying and filling product gaps
• Support to generate new ideas that can elevate growth and customer experience to the next level
• Support to convert product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Assisting Product Manager to work closely with engineering teams to deliver products in high demand with a good market fit
• Drive product launches by collaborating with the Marketing team, executives, and other Product Management team members
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

What You Will Bring to the Role

• Fresh graduates or at least 3rd year students in university are welcome to apply
• Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical product managers
• Passionate in learning about develop product management strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills with effective communication abilities
• Understanding of Work on the Product Roadmap and Lifecycle
• Understanding of software engineering process methodology (scrum, agile, FSD or XP) is required
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
• Willing to commit to the program for 6 months
