Purpose of Role:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Supervisor, who will be responsible for coordinating the performance of Service in all aspects at a customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning Job for Service orders in the current month based on the customer's PO received 
• Create PR for Job needs from service order to be handed over to Purchasing.
• Buyer for services goods and materials.
• Search for tools and components needed in the service order.
• Create Service order up to Billing request and order confirmation from po customer.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Supervisor and Rubber Lining Supervisor to plan and execute work.
• Coordinate with Finance for the invoicing process and output of service orders.
• Report all Service activities to the Service Centre Manager.
• Coordinating with WMA Townsville for drawing spools that are not yet in the data base
• Participate in WIP update meetings per 2 weeks with Service centre manager and Regional Service Manager
• Supervise end to end services operation.
• Provide cost estimation for any service proposal or quotation or tender submission.
• Provide professional and commercially viable product support services to the customer’s equipment.
• Supervise service operations & ensure compliance with Service Department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate planned and co-ordinated service, repair and maintenance to ensure targets and budgets are achieved.
• Communicate openly and honestly and demonstrate a positive attitude in order to foster leadership, discipline and teamwork environment.
• To ensure that instructions and tasks assigned to you by your superiors are fore filled.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

· Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above; Diploma or Bachelor.

. Have experience as a Service Supervisor

. Have good connection, communication, managing customers and agents, pricing and analytical thinking.
