Lowongan Finance Executive di PT Cosmic Indonesia

• Responsible in processing daily payments and receipts of respective business unit (BU);
• Responsible in processing data entry of all transactions into ERP system;
• Constant involvement and liaison with operations and finance staff to complete all payment transaction;
• Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation relating to all BUs bank accounts;
• Assisting with bank administration matters until completion;
• Assisting in providing weekly forecast for upcoming payments.

Requirements:

• Degree (S1)/Diploma in Finance or related field/partial professional qualification
• Familiar with SAP software
• Familiar with various banking platforms to perform payment transactions
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling accounts
• Able to work independently as well as a Team
• Minimally bilingual in both English & Bahasa/Mandarin to communicate with all stakeholders
• Willing to be based in Jakarta.
