Senior Business Development Associate:

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any major
• More than 4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role in Retail Fashion Industry (Offline)
• Highly goal-oriented, assertive and hands-on, and problem solver
• Analytical and communicative with excellent negotiation abilities
• Advanced knowledge of business development, market-fit strategies and further brand expansion
• Excellent in Ms. Excel is a must for running Financial Projections

Responsibilities:

• Create pipeline business expansion by coordinating with other departments (Marketing, Operations, and Sourcing)
• Maintain business's growth by sorting existing strategic locations and planning for renewal strategic measures
• Involve in project and development for new store, existing, relocation and renovation.
• Taking the lead in dealing with Mall Leasing Management to negotiate existing and new letter of intent/offering as well as lease agreements
• Capable to review the commercial side of lease agreement and negotiate for best terms and conditions for both parties
• Maintain business relationship with Mall Leasing management and potential Join Venture (JV) partnership for further expansions
