Lowongan Production Engineering Staff (Teknik Mesin) di PT Yamaha Motor Electronics Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1.      Install and get parameter/setting condition for machine .

2.      Make Internal MPL, QCPC, Operation Standard, Check Sheet, Raw Material List, Consumables List, Spare part list, Machine Operation Prosedure, and support Education to Production.

3.      Checking and controlling process base on drawing.

4.      Make layout for new line & new machine.

5.      Design jig and equipment for safety, capacity and quality up.

6.      Trial new models, localization, new machine and jig.

7.      Montly loading capacity calculation and countermeasure base on maintain cycle time.

8.      Improve jig, equipment, machine condition and layout base on Quality Claim.

9.      Task Team Project for reducing NG function checker..

Requirements:

1.      Diploma / Bachelor graduation from engineering academy majoring MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (TEKNIK MESIN)

2.      Familiar with mechanical design, analysis & verification technique

3.      Familiar with statistic & pro model autocad & pro eng

4.      Familiar with electrical mechanic system

5.      Passed academic test, psychology test & interview test in PT. YEID
